About Me
Hello, my name is Sade.
I have always had a deep passion for caring for others. Before becoming a childminder, I studied and worked in healthcare as a registered nurse for 8 years and hold a Degree in Nursing. I have an NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Preparing to Work in Home Based Childcare. I am also trained in safeguarding, paediatric first aid, and food hygiene, so you can feel confident that your child is in safe hands.
I am a co-parenting mum to a pre teen and so I have personal experience in the joys and challenges of raising young children. I have good understanding and am passionate around supporting children with additional needs, developed through lived experience. This has deepened my awareness of the need for an inclusive approach and strengthened my ability to support children with patience, empathy, and care.
My Christian faith is at the heart of who I am. I am actively involved in church life, where I sometimes sing and lead the congregation in praise and worship. I have also served as the lead volunteer in youth work and currently volunteer to support the children’s ministry. These experiences have deepened my love for supporting and guiding children in their growth and development.
Outside of childcare, I enjoy creating music, singing, writing and performing songs. I love to spend time with my family and friends and connecting with God through nature walks and prayerful meditation.
Children hold a special place in my heart I love their energy, curiosity, and the way they bring out the inner child in me!
It is such a privilege to care for little ones each day, helping them grow, learn, and flourish in a nurturing, home-from-home environment. I feel honoured to pour love, joy, and encouragement into their hearts and minds, knowing they are our future.
